DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. I do have this habit of drinking green tea (Hot) during and after meal especially if there is no soup...so this is great news for me..i guess :-)

That is good habit. I heard this one, we should drink water before brushing teeth in the morning because the bacteria are come out when we are sleeping which they can protect and killed the diseases.
