တစ္ခါတုန္းက ဖခင္တစ္ေယာက္နဲ ့အင္မတန္စိတ္ဆိုးတတ္စိတ္တိုလၢယ္တတ္တဲ့သားတစ္ေယာက္႐ွိတယ္တဲ.။ဒါကိုပညာေပးလိုတဲ. ဖခင္က တစ္ေန ့မွာသားျဖစ္သူကို တူတစ္ေခ်ာင္းနဲ ့သံအေျမာက္အမ်ားေပး ျပီး ေဒါသစိတ္တစ္ခါ၀င္တိုင္း ၄င္းေနထိုင္ရာအိမ္မွ နံရံကို သံတစ္ခ်က္႐ိုက္ဖိ့ုနဲ့ စိတ္တိုတာေဒါသထၢက္တာကိုိုတစ္ခါထိမ္းခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ရင္ သံတစ္ေခ်ာင္းႏွုတ္ပစ္လိုက္ဖို ့မွာလိုက္ပါတယ္။ဒါနဲ. ့ပဲသားျဖစ္သူဟာသူ ့ဖခင္မွာတဲ့အတိုင္း တစ္ခါစိတ္တိုတိုင္းေဒါသထၢက္တိုင္း နံရံမွာသံတစ္ခ်က္႐ိုက္သၢင္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။တစ္ေန ့တစ္ေန ့ေဒါသထၢက္တဲ့အၾကိမ္မ်ားေတာ.တျဖည္းျဖည္းနဲ ့အိမ္နံရံမွာ သံေတၢလည္းျပည့္ႏွက္လာခဲ့ျပီး႐ိုက္စရာေနရာမ႐ွိေအာင္ျဖစ္လာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ဒီေတာ.တစ္ေန ့သားေမာင္ခမ်ာ သူ႐ိုက္ခဲ့တဲ့နံရံေပၚကသံခ်က္ေတၢကိုၾကည့္ရင္း ေဒါသထၢက္ပူေလာင္ခဲ့ရတဲ့ေန ့ေတၢ သူစိတ္ဆိုးစိတ္တို ခဲ့ရတဲ့အၾကိမ္ေတၢမနည္းေတာ့ပါလားလို ့အသိတရားေလး၀င္ၿပီးသူ.စိတ္ကို စတင္ထိမ္းခ်ဳပ္ေတာ့မယ္လ့့ို ့ဆံုးျဖတ္လို ့အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးနဲ. ေဒါသထၢက္တိုင္း ထိမ္းခ်ဳပ္ကာ နံရံေပၚကသံေတၢကိုႏွဳတ္လိုက္တာ ဘာမွမက်န္ေတာ့ေအာင္ျဖစ္သၢားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

History of Valentine’s Day
Ever Wonder Who St. Valentine Was? Or why so many people get all mushy around the second week of February? Here's a brief synopsis:

St. Valentine was actually two people (that weren't romantically involved) who were martyred on the same day (c. 270). Feasts commemorating them were celebrated on February 14. One was a priest and physician who died in Rome during the persecution of Christians by Claudius II Grothicus. The other was the bishop at Terni, Italy who was also martyred in Rome. Both have been buried at different places along the Flaminian Way.

So why do people send "valentines" or "love-tokens" to one another on that day? The origin of that tradition is not thought to have any connection with the saint's day. Rather it comes from an early European belief that the second week of February was when birds began to mate. The idea suggests that lovers should probably exchange notes and gifts on February 14 in conjunction with what nature practiced.

Nowadays, Valentine's Day is observed as a special day for love and romance. This topic is one of the oldest, and probably most-discussed, issues in history!

In 269 A.D., the Roman Empire honored Juno, the goddess of women and marriage, on February 14th. The next day the festival of Lupercalia began. At this festival all the girls' names would be written on paper and placed into jars. Each guy would draw a girl's name. Then, they would be a couple for the duration of the festival. Sometimes the pair lasted an entire year, in which they were likely to fall in love and be married.

During this time Claudius II was the emperor of Rome. He liked war, but had a hard time building an army. Claudius thought it was because men didn't want to leave their wives and families. So, he banned all marriages. But Saint Valentine, a priest, continued to perform marriages in secret. His good deeds came to an end when he was caught and sentenced to die. While in jail, he fell in love with the jailer's daughter. And on February 14, 270 A.D., the day of his death, he sent her a note signed, "From, your Valentine." (In 469 A.D., February 14th was set aside to honor St. Valentine.)

Valentine's Day isn't just about flowers, chocolates and sappy cards. It isn't about red hearts and white teddy bears. And it's definitely not about Cupid. Valentine's Day is about love. A love that cannot be commercialized. That cannot be bought. A love that seems elusive, yet most of us continue to search for it. We want to experience love because it is a powerful, pure emotion.

Other employees lack the ability to do the job, being unable to meet the performance standards or expectations set by the employer. When employees do not know what specific job performance is expected of them, they begin to develop stress.

Computers and Stress
The use of computers in the workplace has introduced new sources of stress. One of the most frequent computer-related stressors is Repetitive Strain Injury ( RSI), which occurs when the employee is overworked or when the working environment is not physically conducive to work. Causes of RSI may be repetitious actions such as typing or using a mouse, poor lighting, and poor posture. Another computer-related problem is Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), which occurs when the person typing has bad posture and uses incorrect hand movements on the keyboard. Hands and eyes are the main source of communication with the computer. When bad posture and incorrect hand movements are too prevalent, the result is tingling and numbness of the fingers.
Extended time spent working before a computer monitor can produce eye irritation, fatigue, and difficulty focusing, all of which are symptoms associated with eyestrain. Nearsightedness has been associated with eye strain caused by working at a computer monitor.

Stress(စိတ္ဖိစီးမွု) ကိုလူေပါင္းစံုက အဓိၶပၸါယ္ေပါင္းစံု ဖၢင့္ဆိုထားၾကပါတယ္။ဘယ္လိုပဲဆိုဆို ယေန ့Business World ထဲကလုပ္ငန္းေပါင္းစံုထဲမွာလုပ္ကိုင္ေဆာင္ရၢက္ေနသူမ်ားအတၢက္ေတာ့အဲ့ဒီ့Stress ကိုအနဲနဲ့အမ်ားေတာ့ခံစားၾကရႏိုင္ပါတယ္။အခ်ို ့ေသာက်န္းမာေရးပညာရွင္မ်ားကလည္း တစ္ခ်ဳိ့ Stress ေတၢဟာ လူ ့ဘ၀အသက္ရွင္သန္ေရးအတၢက္ အေရးၾကီးျပန္တယ္လို ့ လည္းဆိုထားျပန္ပါတယ္။စိတ္ခံစားမွုုုုမ်ိဳးစံုေတၢကိုခံစားလာရျပီဆိုရင္ လူ ့ခႏၶာကိုယ္မွာ automatic reaction ေတၢျဖစ္ေပၚလာပါတယ္။ဘာ့ေၾကာင့္လဲဆိုေတာ့ Stress မွာ ၂ မ်ိဳးရွိပါတယ္။ Positive stress(သို ့) eustress နဲ ့ Negative stress (သို ့)distress ေတၢပါ။

Positive stress, called eustress, can lead individuals to a new awareness of their abilities and a completely new perspective on their jobs.
Negative stress, called distress, upsets individuals and can make them physically sick. It can lead to feelings of distrust, rejection, anger, and depression, which may lead to a number of medical problems, including stroke, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, and ulcers.
ဒီကဏၰမွာေတာ့ negative stress ရဲ ့အေၾကာင္းနဲ ့သူ ့ကိုဘယ္လို ကာကၢယ္ကုစားရမယ္ဆိုတာကို ေဆၢးေႏၢးလိုပါတယ္။ေအာက္မွာ negative stress ရဲ ့ွSymptoms(လကၡဏာ)ေတၢကို အရင္ ေကာက္ႏွုတ္ေဖာ္ျပေပးသၢားပါမယ္….
(1) Physical Symptoms- Headache, fatigue, grinding teeth, clenched jaws, chest pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, nausea, high blood pressure, muscle aches, constipation or diarrhea, and heart palpitations
(2 ) Psychological Symptoms- Anxiety, nervousness, depression, anger, defensiveness, hypersensitivity, apathy, feelings of helplessness, impatience, and short temper
(3 )Behavioral Symptoms - overeating or loss of appetite, procrastination, increased use of alcohol or drugs, pacing, nervous habits (nail-biting, foot-tapping), crying, swearing, poor personal hygiene, and withdrawal or isolation from others
(4) Mental Symptoms- decrease in concentration and memory, indecisiveness, confusion, loss of sense of humour, and mind going blank or racing

Hospitality အေၾကာင္း

ပထမဦးစၢာ Hospitality ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလံုးေလး ေပၚေပါက္လာပံု Historyနဲ ့ အနက္အဓိပၸါယ္ကုိေ၀မွွ်ခံစားလိုက္ပါတယ္။
The word hospitality derives from the Latin hospes, which is formed from hostis, which originally meant a 'stranger' and came to take on the meaning of the enemy or 'hostile stranger' (hostilis) + pets (polis, poles, potentia) to have power. Furthermore, the word hostire means equilize/compensate.
Hospitality is about compensating/equilizing a total stranger with the host, making him feel protected and at the end of his hosting, guiding him to his next destination.

Since Hospitality is such a prosaic word, one which every culture and tradition can relate to, in consequence it seems to be a candidate for having something like a universal meaning or agreement, if not positive value.

Contemporary usage seems rather different from historical uses that lend it personal connotations. Today's hospitality conjures images of throwing good parties, gracious hosts entertaining, etiquette, Martha Stewart or even talk shows, or, the hospitality services industry as it relates to the entertainment and tourism business. On the other hand, hospitality used to be, and may still be, a serious duty, responsibility, or ethic. Hospitality ethics is a discipline that studies this usage of hospitality.

If now you combined the above etymological analysis with the story of Telemachus and Nestos you can start develop in your mind the concept and idea of hospitality.

First of all Telemachus is a complete stranger for Nestor, however he was hosted and treated more than warmly. In the Homeric ages, hospitality was under the protection of Zeus. The God of the Gods. The semantic behind this was to highlight the fact that hospitality for Ancient Greeks was of the utmost importance. A stranger lost in the night could be invited inside the house of a Greek family, been fed, offered wine and only after he/she was feeling at home could be asked to tell his/her name.

After having welcomed Telemachus, Nestor asks his unknown guest to introduce himself to find out that he was the sun of Odysseus. By that time, the man in front of him was a complete stranger, a hostis as described in the etymological analysis of hospitality at the beginning. Nonetheless, Telemachus was equilized with his host. Another meaning that is included in the etymology of hospitality. Note also that one of the Nestor's sons slept on a bed close by Telemachus to take care that he should not suffer any harm. This means that hospitality for Ancient Greeks include also the idea of protection. Lastly, Nestor put a chariot and horses at Telemachus' disposal so that he could travel the land route from Pylos to Sparta in two days, having as charioteer Nestor's son Pisistratus. The last element of hospitality as can be realized is guidance.
